Anti-Bullying Drama
Phase Two were incredibly lucky today to watch a hard-hitting, but realistic and thought provoking drama production about bullying. The actors used flashbacks, music, fun and skilful acting to get across a very serious message. We then took part in workshops with the actors, thinking about what characters should have done, what they did do and our reactions to their choices. The children were an excellent audience and showed good empathy and understanding.

Chinese New Year in F1
We have been learning all about Chinese New Year and celebrated The Year of the Monkey by tasting noodles and prawn crackers, flying kites and doing a dragon dance!
Water safety
We got to see all their equipment and understand how to raise the alarm if we need to.
Chinese New Year
All week we have been learning about Chinese New Year. We made our own vegetable stir fry to eat, we added hot water to dried noodles to see what happened, we drew our own Chinese symbols for the animals from the story and we decorated kites to fly.

We're going on a bear hunt!
West Yorkshire Playhouse came in yesterday to tell the story of 'We're going on a bear hunt' with Foundation 2. We really loved retelling the story and finding the bear at the end!
