1 Blue have been busy investigating the length of a minute. They enjoyed estimating what they could do in a minute and completing different activities before the time ran out! What can you do in a minute?

Ingleborough part 2

6B departed, 6R arrived!

We ended Wednesday with 6B finishing their activities, having lunch then returning to GFPS after an action packed two days culminating in a fantastic talent show and disco! Singers, dance crews and disco classics filled the air at Ingleborough Hall

6R are now in their first activities of the day after visiting the stupendous showcase yesterday. We have tree climbers, village explorers, problem solvers, orienteering experts and jolly geocachers!

Everyone's having a fabulous time and getting involved in everything...even making beds and setting table places for dinner! No more excuses at home now. Parents, if you want photographic evidence to use against your children at home, just ask!

We love reading

Foundation 2's Reading Rocket scheme starts on Monday.
Each time the children read at home they get to put a smiley face on their rocket. The children who read at home the most each week will be entered into our raffle to win a book.
We wonder who will read the most next week.

Year 3 had a great time working with Sian from Crossgates Cougars athletics club.
